Social Platform | Anti-Social Media

A social platform built around a single constraint: you have to mean it. There is no AI writing, no paste, no drag and drop. The composer opens, you type, you post. Up to 300 characters, an optional photo chosen in the moment, and that is everything. No likes, no follower counts, no algorithmic sorting. The friction is the feature — what gets through is what someone actually sat down and wrote.

Platform | Ethical Fashion Network

A private, invitation based network for ethical fashion. Brands, makers, suppliers, advisors and investors are reviewed by a person before joining, profiles are structured for clarity rather than self promotion, and introductions are mediated instead of cold. Members post projects, for example a production partner for linen shirts in Italy, partners answer with proposals that show pricing, timeline and capacity, and the chosen team then works in one shared space where every phase, task and update is visible, from the first brief to the final product and later the campaign. No products sold, no money handled, no visibility rewarded.

AI | Data Cooperative

The large models were built on work that was taken. This is the opposite arrangement. Members contribute their own original writing to a shared corpus and hold a share of it. Contributions live in retrieval rather than in model weights, so withdrawing your work removes it from every future answer, every answer names the contributions it drew on, and your share is measured by how often your work is actually used. Invite only, and running entirely on local hardware.

Web Game | Action RPG

An isometric action RPG in the spirit of the classics, set in Greek myth. Forge a hero from four callings, fight through eleven realms from the olive groves of Greece to the tombs of Egypt, chase unique relics, tame a companion, and host a realm your friends can join from any browser with their own hero. Built in plain JavaScript with no engine and no assets, everything drawn and synthesized in code, in one long conversation with Claude.

A Top Trumps card game for sustainable and designer fashion. Twenty four labels, from HACOY and Armedangels to Patagonia and Stella McCartney, each drawn as a printed care label with six stats: sustainability, transparency, circularity, heritage, design and price. Pick the stat where your brand wins the round, take their card, and empty the house deck to win the table. Free to play in the browser.

A twelve panel comic about one day in my life: the label in Munich, the paintings, the assistants with names and opinions, and the night shift that never sleeps. Drawn in a small print palette, with exactly one running joke about bananas.

It shows what you are quietly paying every month, sorts everything by what charges next, and drops a reminder straight into your own calendar two days before each charge, so the nudge actually reaches you in time to act. A digital gift card for what actually matters each month. Instead of another object, you cover a month of someone's electricity, heating, internet or a part of their rent, then design a card and send it straight into a chat. Built in the browser in English and German, with two distinct looks and nothing uploaded. Free to use.

Gastronomy | Munich

Paella you take with you. Precooked in one large pan, served in minutes, eaten in a lunch break, in four pans from vegan to squid ink black rice. From two in the afternoon the same pan turns sweet: rice pudding with toppings you pick yourself. The shop stays deliberately tiny, a kitchen and seats for two to eight people in Schwabing or around Gaertnerplatz. The idea started in a garage in Sevilla where one man cooked a single pan every day until it was empty. Opening planned for spring 2027.

An on demand way to call a verified local fixer for the small repairs that pile up in everyday life. Photo, match, done. Pilot opening in München this year, after a manual validation with one hundred jobs. An independent project, separate from HACOY.

A quiet corner of the internet for one honest thought at a time. There are no accounts, no followers and no counters, only single moments that arrive one after another, and all you can do is say that one relates to you or keep it for later. Pasting is switched off and the typing rhythm itself is checked, so every word has to be written by a person instead of dropped in from a model.

Fine Jewellery | Concept & Brand Identity

A jewellery concept from 2020: a bracelet for the bonds you cannot see, the people still here and the ones we only feel. At its centre an infinity loop knots into a heart and becomes the clasp, in black metal or silver with a magnetic close and an engraving hidden against the skin. It came with a full brand identity, a wordmark, a monogram and packaging, and is kept here as an archived piece of the work.

Community Building | Wearable Technology

Connecting people in the real world. Creating a community of people who share the idea of meeting new people offline. Wearing the bracelet would identify a person as part of this group and signalise everyone else, social contact is welcomed.
