The models run on our own machines in Munich, nothing leaves the building. I write the tools myself, with help from AI, first for the brand and then for anyone who finds them useful.
Own it, do not rent it.
A small brand can run its own intelligence. Ours sits on a few Macs in an office in Munich: one machine holds the search index, one does the vision work, one runs the rest. Nothing leaves, nothing changes under us overnight.

In ProgressThe large models were built on work that was taken. This is the opposite arrangement. Members contribute their own original writing to a shared corpus and hold a share of it. An optional Full workshop saves a whole prompt library on your device, adds variables so a prompt becomes a reusable template, includes starter recipes, and exports to PDF.
