Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Maximilian Rupp, Oberföhringerstraße 26c, 81925 Munich, Germany, email: contact@maximilianrupp.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium (e.g. downloads, online workshops), the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

For a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, where performance began with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract.
