Will this work for me if I do not have ADHD?
Probably yes for some steps, especially three, four, five, and seven. The frame is ADHD specific, the practices are broadly useful.
Do you talk about medication?
Only briefly and only as personal experience. It is not the focus and I do not give medical advice.
