Visiting the page

Anonymous counts

We count per day and language how often the page is opened and the form is sent. These counts hold nothing about you: no identifier, no IP address, no cookies. The page loads no fonts, scripts or trackers from third parties.

Joining the list

When you sign up, we store your email address, the language, the time and your consent.

Purpose: to send you one single email once the Ideenmelder can be ordered. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. No email is sent when you sign up.

The data stays on the controller's own computers in Munich and is neither shared nor used for advertising. After that one email we delete your address, at the latest after 24 months, even if it never comes to that. You can withdraw and have it deleted at any time through maximilianrupp.com/contact.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can complain to a supervisory authority, in Bavaria the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht: www.lda.bayern.de
