Contribute your own work and you hold a share of what answers back. Contribute nothing and you are a reader. Membership is by invite, because identity is the cheapest place for a system like this to fail.

How it works

Contribute your own work. It is hashed, checked against the whole corpus for overlap, and you sign a timestamped attestation of authorship.
It goes into retrieval, never into weights. That is what makes the next line true rather than a promise.
Take it back whenever you want. Withdraw and it leaves every future answer immediately.
Every answer names its sources. Contributor, title, match score.
Your share follows use. Nobody grades your work at intake. The ledger counts how often it was actually retrieved.
